Farming isn't cute...
..but puppies sure are.
This is Three - a 1 1/2 year-ol Great Pyrenees - and 2 of her first litter of pups. She had 4, but Katie (owner and proprietor) sold the girl and left the 3 boys to terrorize the farm.
Fat Johnny...he's the only one that's been given a nickname, simply because he stands out as the undeniable momma's boy. While the other two are usually off exploring and getting into ticks and fleas, Fat Johnny can always be found no more than 15 feet from Three, looking pitiful and hungry.
Ferocious beast.
Fat Johnny isn't as adept as his brothers either. Where they can squeeze through fences, he prefers a good book, a cup of coffee, and a ham sandwich.

i so want one!!!
i think fat johnny and i would get along really well.
I see what you are trying to do... but luring in girls by posting puppies to your blog won't hold up in the long run...
AW! Adorable!
ummm.... hello. i am responding to the ad in the most recent "Blackmarket Bi-quarterly" for "free puppies to be used as dust mops, dish sponges, organic toupees and other cruel purposes". i was intrigued by your photos and your description of the breed as: "taking well to slave labor and able to survive on mulched newspaper, twigs 'n pocket lint, and an occasional chicken bone.", and would love to learn more. I am the marketing rep. for the multi-national performance group "!!CATAPULTING PUPPIES!!" and am currently researching new breeed varieties for our upcoming three day festival "What can't PUPPIES Do???".
I look forward to hearing from you and learning more about the livestock.
Oh... and are you free this weekend???
...Any man that can so sensitevily photograph adorable animals must be great in the sack!
yours truly,
Helga Meatgrinder.
